Each individual may hold only one active account on 10bat. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers or personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time 10bat reasonably requests, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting:
Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or denial of withdrawal requests. 10bat processes KYC data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 10bat will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
You may use the 10bat platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is provided for individual, non-commercial use only. Commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content in any form is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from 10bat.
Access to the Platform requires a compatible internet-connected device. 10bat makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, free from technical errors or compatible with every device or browser. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may temporarily interrupt availability.
Account balances, deposits, wagers and withdrawals are denominated in the currency selected during registration or as available in the cashier. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is referenced in promotional materials or payment guides on this Platform, it is used as a familiar illustrative denomination for Pakistani users. Actual currency options are subject to cashier availability at the time of transaction.
All wagers are subject to acceptance by 10bat. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of arbitrage betting, use of automated betting tools, or exploitation of pricing errors.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change before a wager is confirmed. Once a wager is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance apply. Markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of disputes, the operator's decision is final.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window; the market is suspended at the time of placement due to a technical error; or odds were clearly displayed in error due to a system fault.
In-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. 10bat cannot guarantee that all in-play bets will be accepted during periods of high traffic or technical latency. Delay between a live event and its display on the Platform may affect in-play market outcomes.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per day and per event apply and are subject to change. Limits are displayed in the relevant sports or game section. Any winnings in excess of applicable maximum payout limits may be capped or voided at the operator's discretion.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other promotional incentives offered on the 10bat platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet restrictions and expiry periods. These specific conditions are published alongside each offer and must be read before opting in.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. These figures are illustrative; always consult the specific promotion terms for confirmed values.
While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per bet or per spin applies (the specific limit is stated in each promotion's terms, e.g., PKR 500 per stake). Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer tables, table games and certain other game categories may contribute a reduced percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). The use of low-risk or hedging strategies to exploit bonus terms, the use of automated betting tools, or the opening of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse. 10bat reserves the right to void bonuses, associated winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.
Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry period (typically 7–30 days from credit, as specified per offer) will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account.
Accepted deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment options may vary based on your country of registration, account verification status and current operator availability. A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction. The applicable minimum is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Illustrative minimums referenced in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 1,000) are examples only and may differ from current live minimums.
All funds deposited must come from a payment account or method registered in your own name. 10bat does not accept deposits from third parties. Where a deposit is found to have originated from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Deposit processing times vary by method. Most electronic and wallet-based deposits are credited promptly, while bank transfers may take longer. 10bat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from accounts that have completed the required KYC verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed until all active bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied and no pending verification flags are outstanding on the account.
Withdrawals are generally processed back to the original deposit method, subject to availability and operator policy. The cashier section will display available withdrawal methods at the time of request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming license.
