Adults Only — 18+ Policy

Responsible Gambling

Betting on cricket, PSL fixtures or T20 Internationals should be an enjoyable, controlled activity — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. 10bat takes responsible gambling seriously and provides every user with the tools and information needed to stay in control.

18+ Only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction

Your Control Tools

10bat provides a full suite of responsible gambling tools built directly into your account. Use them proactively — you do not need to be in crisis to set a limit.

Deposit Limits

Set a cap on how much you can deposit into your 10bat account per day, week or month. Once your limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. Reducing an existing limit takes effect immediately; increasing one may require a cooling-off period.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept over a daily, weekly or monthly window. When your net loss reaches the threshold you set, betting is suspended for the remainder of that period. This tool is one of the most effective ways to prevent chasing losses.

Wager Limits

Cap the maximum stake you can place per individual bet or per game round. This prevents impulsive high-stakes bets during live PSL matches or fast-paced T20 in-play markets when emotions can run high.

Session Time Reminders

Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play — 30 minutes, 1 hour or a custom duration of your choice. Time reminders help you stay aware of how long you have been on the Platform and take natural breaks.

Cool-Off Period

Take a short break by suspending your account for a defined period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit or place wagers. Your account and balance are preserved for when the period ends.

Self-Exclusion

Permanently close your account and block re-registration for a minimum defined exclusion period. This is our most powerful protective tool and is actioned as a priority when requested. Contact support to initiate self-exclusion at any time.

Setting Your Limits

All limit tools are available directly within your account settings. Here is a quick guide to the types of limits available and how they work.

Daily Deposit Limit

Caps the total amount you can deposit within a single calendar day. Resets at midnight.

Weekly Deposit Limit

Restricts total deposits across a rolling 7-day window. Ideal for players with weekly pay cycles.

Monthly Deposit Limit

Sets a hard ceiling on deposits for the calendar month. Suitable for longer-term budget planning.

Daily Loss Limit

Suspends play once your net losses within a day reach the threshold you defined in settings.

Weekly Loss Limit

Tracks cumulative net losses over 7 days. When reached, betting pauses for the remainder of the week.

Session Time Limit

Triggers a break reminder or automatic log-out after a continuous session of your chosen length.

How Limit Changes Work

Reducing a limit — Any request to reduce an existing limit (lower deposit cap, smaller loss threshold, shorter session time) takes effect immediately upon saving in your account settings. There is no waiting period for reductions, because they increase your protection without delay.

Increasing a limit — Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory reflection period before they become active. This cooling-off window is designed to prevent impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment, such as during a live Pakistan vs India T20 match. The exact cooling-off duration is determined by the Operator's licensing requirements.

Removing a limit — Removing a previously set limit is treated the same as an increase request and follows the same cooling-off procedure.

If you need help setting or reviewing your limits, our support team is available 24/7 via Live Chat. You can also email us at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is for users who feel that their gambling is out of control and that a definitive break is necessary. Once activated, your account is closed and re-registration is blocked for the duration of the exclusion period. This is the strongest protective tool available on the Platform and is handled with care and confidentiality.

During self-exclusion, you will not receive any promotional emails, bonus offers or marketing communications from 10bat. Your account balance at the time of exclusion will be refunded to you in accordance with the Operator's standard withdrawal procedures.

Self-exclusion requests are actioned as a priority by our dedicated responsible gambling team. If you feel you are in immediate distress, please contact support via Live Chat right now — do not wait.

1
Log In to Your 10bat Account

Access your account from any device. If you cannot log in, contact support via Live Chat and request self-exclusion directly — we can initiate the process on your behalf.

2
Navigate to Responsible Gambling Settings

Go to your Account Settings and select the Responsible Gambling section. All control tools including self-exclusion are listed there in a clear, accessible layout.

3
Select Self-Exclusion and Choose a Duration

Choose a minimum exclusion period. Options typically range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. We strongly recommend selecting the longest period you feel you may need. A longer exclusion is always reversible after the minimum term; a shorter one can leave you vulnerable.

4
Confirm and Receive Acknowledgement

Confirm your decision. Your account is closed immediately. You will receive an email confirmation at your registered address. All open bets will be settled according to standard rules; your remaining balance will be returned to you.

5
Seek External Support if Needed

Self-exclusion from 10bat is an important step, but it does not replace professional support. We encourage users who are struggling with gambling-related harm to reach out to recognised support organisations in their jurisdiction — see the support section below.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Gambling problems can develop gradually. These are common warning signs that gambling may be becoming harmful. Recognising them early is the first step towards getting help.

Betting with money set aside for essential expenses — rent, utility bills, groceries or school fees — or borrowing money to fund gambling.

Chasing losses by placing larger or more frequent bets in an attempt to recover money already lost, particularly after PSL match results do not go your way.

Concealing gambling activity from family members, friends or your partner, or lying about how much time or money you are spending.

Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when not gambling, or feeling compelled to gamble in order to feel normal or to escape stress.

Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities or social relationships in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or wherever you are based, due to time or money spent gambling.

Repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut down or stop gambling, followed by a return to the same or higher levels of betting activity.

A Quick Self-Check

Ask yourself these questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to two or more of them, we strongly encourage you to use one of the control tools above or to speak to a support professional.

Q1. Have you spent more money gambling in the past month than you originally planned to?

Q2. Have you ever gambled to try to win back money you had already lost?

Q3. Has gambling ever caused arguments or tension at home with family in Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar or anywhere else?

Q4. Have you ever felt the need to hide your gambling activity from people close to you?

Q5. Have you ever borrowed money, sold an item or delayed a bill payment specifically to fund gambling?

Q6. Do you feel anxious, low or irritable on days when you have not been able to gamble?

Adults-Only Access

Age Verification Policy

10bat is strictly an 18+ platform, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable local regulations. We conduct mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification before any withdrawal can be processed, and we reserve the right to verify age at account registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.

If it is found that an account is held by a person under the minimum required age, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with the Operator's underage gambling policy. Any winnings generated by an underage account may be withheld.

Protecting minors in your household: If you share a device or computer with younger family members — including children or teenagers in Faisalabad, Lahore, Karachi or anywhere else in Pakistan — please ensure your 10bat account is protected with a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication, and log out after every session. Consider using device-level parental control software to prevent access to gambling sites by anyone under 18.

Legal notice for Pakistani users: The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related laws restrict gambling activity in Pakistan. 10bat does not claim that online gambling is legal or government-approved in Pakistan. Access to and use of this Platform is entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility. This page does not constitute legal advice — please consult a qualified legal professional if you have questions about your local obligations.

10bat is committed to:

  • Preventing underage access through mandatory identity and age verification
  • Providing all users with free, easy-to-use responsible gambling tools
  • Training support staff to recognise and respond to signs of gambling harm
  • Actioning self-exclusion requests as an immediate priority
  • Not directing marketing communications at self-excluded users or known vulnerable individuals
  • Maintaining responsible gambling information that is clear, accurate and accessible at all times
  • Supporting recognised responsible gambling initiatives within the Operator's licensing framework

Counselling
Problem Gambling Counselling

Qualified mental health professionals and addiction counsellors can provide one-to-one support for gambling-related issues. In Pakistan, counselling services are available through private practices and hospital psychology departments in major cities including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

Financial Guidance
Debt and Financial Advice

If gambling has affected your financial situation, speaking to a financial advisor or a reputable debt counselling service can help you create a recovery plan. Many organisations offer free initial consultations. Addressing financial stress early reduces the risk of returning to harmful gambling patterns.

Family Support
Support for Families

Problem gambling affects not only the individual but also family members and close friends. Dedicated support services for families and partners of those experiencing gambling harm are available through counselling providers and community health organisations across Pakistan.

Need immediate help? If you or someone you know is in crisis due to gambling-related stress, financial hardship or mental health concerns, please reach out to a local mental health helpline or visit the nearest hospital. In Pakistan, the Umang helpline (0317-4288665) provides mental health support. 10bat does not operate a crisis helpline — for emergencies, always contact qualified professionals or emergency services.
